Crossing Borders

Crossing Borders - Z. A. Maxfield I love, love, love this book, my only problem is with the cover. Someone at the publisher did not read this book, one character is shown too old and the other, inappropriately too young. Icky! If it hadn't been recommended in BDB Yahoo group, I wouldn't have bothered because the cover is that creepy.

Tristan is a stud with girls, but a nice guy who forgoes opportunities at Stanford & Georgetown to attend UC Irvine so he can help his widowed mother with his younger siblings. When his latest girlfriend dumps him, his only regret is that her brother isn't available. So he decides then and there to go to Borders and 'fish' for a guy. Who does he catch? His nemesis from the skate park, the police officer always trying to get him to wear a helmet. What follows is funny, sweet, a little goofy, and very sexy.
