Nate in Venice

Nate in Venice - Richard Russo My previous exposure to Richard Russo was, The Whore's Child. is nothing like that story at all. So while I read Nate with an open mind, ultimately, I felt disappointed. I didn't think the tense was appropriate for the action. I did like, at location 219: "cursed with a practical imagination."
